I finish every installation by asking the customer to operate the system without my help. They open the app, find a favourite channel, return to the guide, and restart a frozen stream. Watching me use the remote proves nothing. The setup is only successful when the person living in the house can use it confidently.
I write down the app name, login method, device type, and basic restart steps on a single sheet of paper. I avoid filling it with technical language because nobody wants to read a manual during an evening programme. Four clear instructions are usually enough.
